Childs World Early Learning Centres in partnership with Queensland Health will be offering drop in clinics for babies up to 5 years old.
Key age health checks will be available for the children enrolled at Childs World and will also be available to any family enrolled at Childs World who have a baby not yet attending their centres. We also encourage families who are not yet enrolled in child care to come along and meet and get to know our educators, this will help the transition process when you decide to enrol your child in early childhood education.
Parents can monitor the health, well being, growth and development of their child in partnership with a registered child health nurse, while enjoying a delicious morning tea and getting to know our Educators and meeting new parents.
A private and comfortable parent room is available for parents to speak confidentially to a child health nurse in regards to their child and will be provided with relevant tips and information.
A Registered child health nurse will also be collaborating with the centre Directors and Educators' in the Nursery rooms at Childs World, passing on their knowledge and advice so Childs World can ensure the children in their care are provided with the best possible start in life.
Clinics will be held every second Tuesday of the month.
