    Years of Experience:  I have been an active member of the childhood profession for over 27 years.  I have been privileged to work under and with some outstanding individuals who have guided and mentored my professional development. I have worked in all aspects of the profession, from unqualified assistant to my current role as the Centre Director here in centre 3. I have been in this role since March 2014, and plan to continue for many more years to come
    Qualifications & Training:  I have an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services.
    What I would like children to learn from me:   I hope that I can teach the children that anything is possible if you follow The Three P’s of Life – Patience, Persistence, Perseverance.

    I believe that respectful, caring bonds with children and their families are the vital foundation for a wonderful education experience. Each child brings unique strengths, abilities, needs, interests, and experiences, and I enjoy the challenge of building and extending the success of each individual child. I believe that children must perceive that they are able to achieve goals at their own pace.

    Years of Experience: I have officially been working in the Early Childhood profession since 2018, but I have spent a few years prior to this working in a more family-based position as a Nanny. I joined the team in Centre 3 in Sept of 2020 as the toddler lead educator but was offered the opportunity to become the assistant Director after a company reshuffle. I am also one of the members of the educational leadership team in centre 3.
    Qualifications & Training:  I have a Diploma in Children’s Services.
    What I would like children to learn from me:   I believe we need to guide all children and demonstrate these simple philosophy’s, Give Respect, Get Respect and teamwork brings great rewards. In life we can't control everything, and change is inevitable, its how you deal with these things that matter. Have fun.
    Why I love working with children: I am a passionate, innovative, proactive educator, and I have the greatest privilege to be in a position that allows me to help and guide children in the first stages of their learning journey.     Qualifications & Training: I have my Diploma in Early Childhood and Care .
    What I would like children to learn from me: The three key things I would children to learn from me are resilience, respect and kindness. Learning these habits early will take a person to great heights in life. “Education is not preparation for life, education is life itself”. Our life is a series of learning moments that begin in th early years; and I am lucky enough to be apart of them. 
    Why I love working with children: I love building relationships with children and families in order to create the best learning experiences. It is through these experiences that I get to watch children thrive, build personalities and grown into amazing little people.

    Years of Experience:   I have 13 years’ experience in a childcare environment, with 5 of those years being with the Childs World management
    Qualifications & Training: I hold my Diploma in Early Childhood Education
    What I would like children to learn from me: I would love for the children to use their voice for whatever they needed and wanted, sharing their thoughts and ideas to create and extend their play within a supported environment.
    Why I love working with children:  Because one thing a can be 100 other things and one question can hold 100 answers and 1000 more questions to follow. Listening to and observing the process of a growing child’s mind is such a wonderful opportunity to be able to have and I feel blessed to be a part of it all.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  I would like for the kindergarten class to learn from me is to explore through curiosity and kindness the environment and surroundings that they live in.  My purpose is to guide and assist them to learn to become the best version of themselves. Witness them connect with their virtues and talents so that they grow to be people that make a positive impact and collaborate to the society they belong to. 
    Why I love working with children:  I love experiencing the wonders of life by observing their experience, as they discover the world with innocence, newness and curiosity. I see in them the possibilities of building a world where people are happy to be who they are.

    Years of Experience:   I have had 26 years’ experience working with children in several positions, with many different age groups. An educator and 2nd Coordinator for an Out of School Hours care program. An educator and lead educator in a number of long day care centres. A teacher aide in a kindergarten, A special needs teacher aide at a primary school. A General teacher aide in a primary school
    Qualifications & Training:  Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Certificate III in Education Support
    What I would like children to learn from me:  As I work with babies from 6 weeks – 15 months I would like the babies to learn all that they need to know to grow. How to build relationships with our educators and the other children within the room. To also feel safe, secure and supported. Other skills I would like them to learn are encouraging them to actively engage in our environments. Extend their cognitive and communication skills, and all their developmental milestones. Help the children to learn all of the EYLF Outcomes.
    Why I love working with children:  That parents entrust their babies to me to love and care for, to watch over them and learn from me and grow. I love the wonder that the children show when they discover new things. When they can understand and communicate back with me that they know what we are talking about is something that makes me very happy. I love to encourage children to be the “best that they can be”.

    Years of Experience:   I have been in the childcare profession for over 14 years. And for the past 6 years. I  have worked for Child's World Early Learning. I am a mother of two children of my own.
    Qualifications & Training:  Diploma in Education and Care.
    What I would like children to learn from me: Children watch us everyday and what they see and hear will guide them through life. We are the role models they have in front of their eyes all the time and this is a huge responsibility. I would like children to learn from me. Kindness- Be kind to everyone no matter what age, race or appearance. Respect- Respect for themselves and others. Be Brave, Help others. Never give up because you can do anything. 
    Why I love working with children:  You get to see children's developmental and learning first hand as children grown and flourish under your care. In many families parents rely on childcare so they can work, so they entrust you with their children. It is an absolute privilege to be apart of children's learning and developmental journey during those vital first 5 years.

    Years of Experience:  I have been in the childcare profession for over 30 years, as well as having 4 children of my own and now I have 8 grandchildren. I have worked at Child's World Early Learning BP3, for the last 4 years.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  I would love children to learn from me is kindness, respectful and develop a trusting relationship with each other. Be Happy all the time.
    Why I love working with children: Children are so unpredictable. They were playful, cheeky, and sweet. Watching children interacting with each other in their own way is the most ever rewarding job. Cuddles and smile from the children just makes my day.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  Be happy – laughter and smiles are the language we all speak. Have fun – being in the moment and make the most of all opportunities.
    Why I love working with children: I enjoy seeing things through the eyes of a child. It opens up a whole new perspective to life. Working with children, we are constantly reminded of many life lessons such as enjoying life’s simple pleasures, that it’s good to be curious and to take risks, to have fun and be different.

    Years of Experience:  I have worked for Child World BP3 for 2years. I have more than ten years of relevant skills and experience at overseas.
    Qualifications & Training: I hold a Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care from Tropical North Queensland TAFE, Cairns. And, I am currently studying Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. I also have some relevant overseas qualifications.
    What I would like children to learn from me:  As an early childhood educator who is patient with children and passionate about my profession, I am proud to join the Childs Word Education team. I hope to integrate my previous substantial work experience with my current work ideas. In the work practice of constant practice and reflection, I respect and love children as my work purpose to promote each child's self-awareness and build their self-awareness. Self-confidence, while expanding their cognitive world. At the same time, I also hope to establish a relationship of mutual trust and mutual assistance with every parent and the fact that I work together.
    Why I love working with children: My parents have been a big influence on why I chose this career, as both my parents were teachers, and as a child, I already had a soft spot for any type of teaching job. When I was faced with academic choices, I considered that I like children and have good concentration and patience in things, so I took the initiative to choose the early childhood education major 30 years ago. I enjoy every detail of getting along with the children. I like to ponder their thoughts and analyse their behaviours, and find out the shining points of each child's personality; Words express love for me, etc. These are the sources of drive and passion for my work.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  Resilience, confidence, self esteem, kindness, how to be creative, and to have fun.
    Why I love working with children:  I love working with children because they simply know how to have fun and I love how creative they can be and their ability use the simplest of things to extend their play. Children are so pure, innocent and so brave, they say the funniest things and are truly so honest.  I love working with children because they keep you young in mind. I work in this field to keep their world safe. And to assist them to develop their abilities to be self sufficient and confident.

    Years of Experience:   I have been working in childcare for 2 years.
    Qualifications & Training: Certificate 3 in children’s services.
    What I would like children to learn from me:  I would love the children to learn to be kind, make their own decisions and how to problem solve. I feel that if the children are able to master all three of these skills, they will be able to achieve anything. 
    Why I love working with children:  I love working with children because every day is always different. It's amazing to see the children flourish and show their individuality and personalities. I also like the challenges I face and how with every question I'm asked, I am also learning.

    Years of Experience:   I have worked in education for a few years with children from Prep to Year 12 in Bamaga at Northern Peninsula Area College and at Gordonvale State High School. I have been working at Child World Early Learning Centre 3 for 6 months and loving it.
    Qualifications & Training:  Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Certificate IV in Education, Diploma of Education.
    What I would like children to learn from me:  Through intentional teaching role modelling there are a few things I would like the children to learn from me:  To share and care, To be happy and kind to everyone, To say please, thank you and sorry, To express themselves in play and emotions and, Most of all to be included in all things.. 
    Why I love working with children:  I love working with children because every day is a new challenge. I love seeing and teaching children new things as I love thinking and collecting new ideas and activities that the children show interest in. Spending time with the children allows me to experience the joy of being  greeted by the children with a hug or a smile. I treasure the little moments when the children makes something especially for you like chicken and rice or chocolate cake in the sandpit making me feel special.

    Qualifications & Training:  Cert 3 children service, Completing Diploma in Children Services.
    What I would like children to learn from me:  As a childcare educator, I believe that it is important to expose children to diverse cultures and experiences in order to promote cultural awareness, understanding, and tolerance. I aim to create a learning environment that is inclusive and respectful of all cultures and backgrounds and encourage children to celebrate and appreciate their own cultural heritage as well as the cultural differences of others. Through activities, books, music, art, and other forms of cultural expression, I hope to help children learn about different cultures and ways of life. I also aim to provide opportunities for children to learn about and appreciate their own cultural traditions and practices, and to share these with their peers. Ultimately, I want children to learn from me that diversity is something to be celebrated and valued, and that by understanding and respecting the cultures of others, we can create a more harmonious and compassionate world.
    Why I love working with children:  Given that the first 5 years of a human's child's life are critical in influencing the overall trajectory in their life I believe in the importance of play and exploration in the learning process and strive to provide a wide range of materials and activities that allow children to discover, create, and learn at their own pace. I also recognize the importance of fostering positive relationships with families and encourage open communication to ensure that the needs and goals of each child are met. I understand the crucial role that childcare educators play in the lives of young children and am committed to providing high quality care and education that supports the whole child. It is my goal to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and loved.

    What I would like children to learn from me: I would like the children to learn how to make the most out of every day by being happy, curious and interested in the world around them. Nurturing children’s innate curiosity will set them on a path of life-long learning and help them adapt to any challenge they might face. 
    Why I love working with children:  I’ve always had a passion for working with children and watching them grow. I enjoy watching children learn and develop and I want to be a part of that journey, I like to encourage them to be strong in their social skills and help with their emotional well being. I also enjoy supporting children in their creative endeavours and help them develop their imagination ideas.

    What I would like children to learn from me: I would like children to learn from me about my home culture and some of our traditional songs and being welcoming and to develop respect for others around them.
    Why I love working with children: I enjoy working with the children because I can see the development and growth kids in their everyday activities and learning.

    Why I love working with children: I love walking into the centre in the morning and seeing all the children’s smiles and them getting excited to see me, its a beautiful feeling knowing that the children are comfortable with you and looking forward to see you. i love watching them grow and learn and become the amazing little humans they are and will be.

    What I would like children to learn from me: A personal goal I like to help all children achieve is persistence in whatever activity they do. I encourage them to try and will guide them and I will offer alternative pathways to help them achieve success. 
    Why I love working with children:  Children are forever changing and growing and when I m working with them I can see the small steps they are taking on the pathways of their learning journey.

    What I would like children to learn from me:  That it's ok to feel how they feel, that their emotions are valid and that step by step they can learn to grow with their emotions and learn how to cope with how they feel in a positive environment. 
    Why I love working with children:  That they teach you more than you teach them. I feel like as adults we lose that childlike imagination and we all of a sudden forget. But then you get involved with children. All different personalities but they all share one thing and it's that beautiful imagination. They show you how to play as well as teach you how they play and I feel like that is a biggest gift someone can give you as a educator and as an adult.

    What I would like children to learn from me:   I would like children to learn from me life skills to help them become independent and develop a positive attitude to learning.  To be themselves and that they can come to me with any issues. 
    Why I love working with children:  Being able to teach a child something new and watching the 'twinkle' in their eyes when they understand and seeing how proud they look. Also listening to them whilst they play – how their imaginations make me smile.  You get to see children's development and learning first hand as children grow and flourish under your care.
